Very nice and efficient.
We had Joel and his crew put in our new septic system. They were awesome. They did a great job and what we appreciated the most is that they did exactly what they said they would. They communicated all along with us as to what to expect and what they needed to do next and gave us timeframes that they stuck to. And, their prices were right in line with other people we talked to who had a new system installed. No surprises -- no hidden fees even though they ran into a little hiccup, the price we paid was still the price they quoted us. We highly recommend them. GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANK YOU!!!
Caspers recently replaced our 50 year old septic. It was failing this winter and they came out 3 times to pump our tank with very little notice which was a lifesaver. Josh and Joel communicated very well and were very nice. They came in with a reasonable bid and stuck to the bid even after having various issues when putting in our new septic. They do a complete job from start to finish from taking care of old septic to seeding the yard. We would recommend Caspers to anyone who needs a new septic system. They are awesome!
They were great. They came out and inspected the septic and found it needed to be replaced. They gave an estimate and time frame that was very convenient.
They were great to work with and less expensive than we were expecting. Another company told us 6 months out. They completed in 3 weeks after roads opened.
I am so glad we got in contact with Joel and Josh from Casper’s Excavating. They have been extremely reliable and easy to work with. We needed to have our septic system replaced. They came and gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, the timeframe needed and gave us a very competitive bid. From beginning to end, they kept us informed of the progress and showed us exactly what and how the new system was being installed. They worked very hard to make sure the installation was non invasive and were extremely careful not to damage existing trees and flower beds. Both Joel and Josh are easy to talk to and were so patient with our 1000 questions. We happily give our highest recommendation to use their company for and any septic and/or excavating work. We noticed the pump on our septic system wasn't working at 8 pm on a Monday evening. Sent an email to Casper and got a response that night. They called shortly after 7 am the next day and were at our house around 8 am. The pump and switch were replaced in about an hour. Excellent customer service.

What I love about these guys is that they care about their customers. They pump and also repair. An all in one company. My septic was put in over. 25 years ago and still working!

In this difficult time of high prices and finding workers, Casper’s did a wonderful job and their pricing was more than fair. They came to work when they said they would and when the weather was bad, they would call and give us an update. Great group of guys to work with, answered my endless questions and the finished septic system looks great! I was concerned about them entering my fenced in yard and the irrigation system but they were very respectful of the property. Final grading work looks amazing. Would recommend them to anyone. They are very busy during the summer season, but well worth having them do your job. Thanks guys!
I asked for a bid, and they showed up the same day. After they completed the plans, I shopped for competitive bids, and Casper gave better value for the money than others that I shopped. At my request, they rebuilt my complete septic system from the outside of the house all the way through the drainfield, and they did a very professional job. How do I know that? Way back in the past, I had some experience in rebuilding two septic systems myself, and I watched everything Casper did, and they did it very well. Even better than I would have, if I had the construction equipment to do it. They answered all my questions fully, and really went the extra mile to get my system installed. They even re-sodded the ground that was disturbed. Casper is a family owned business, and all employees are family members, who take great pride in doing a job right. If you want quality professional work, done to a very high standard at a reasonable price, give Casper a try.
